Holistic medicine considers the human being in its entirety - i.e. body, mind and soul. It is not only about treating symptoms, but to recognize and address the causes of complaints.

In my work, whether in phytotherapy or orthomolecular therapy, the focus is always on the whole person. Every aspect of life, from nutrition to lifestyle to emotional and mental health, plays a role in holistic medicine.

As a naturopath, I have often experienced how important it is to see the person as a whole and not just treat isolated symptoms. Natural medicine offers a variety of approaches to help the body heal itself.

My experience has shown me time and again that a holistic approach, even in combination with conventional methods, often achieves more lasting results.  

This is a difficult question, as each therapeutic direction has advantages and disadvantages when treating patients and the field of integrative medicine is very broad. A colorful bouquet of several methods is exciting and effective, as it provides the best possible treatment for each individual person.

However, in addition to empirical medicine, the scientific evidence of the treatment methods is particularly important to me.

^{INUSpheresis®} is a procedure that relieves the body of disease-promoting substances, which also improves self-regulation. However, in addition to ^{INUSpheresis®}, the INUS concept also provides further integrative support and guidance for patients.

This can be achieved excellently with orthomolecular therapy, among other things. In addition, we want to put the INUS concept on a solid scientific basis, which is very important to me.
