The role of Inuspheresis® therapy

In our modern world, we are constantly exposed to pollutants from our environment. From the air we breathe, the food we eat, to the water we drink - the burden is omnipresent.
This is accompanied by an increase in chronic diseases, which initially manifest themselves - even in younger people - as functional disorders with restrictions on performance and quality of life.
As part of a coordinated treatment concept, Inuspheresis® can be used as so-called environmental apheresis® for environmental diseases. This is a form of therapeutic apheresis, a procedure that is able to eliminate certain blood components.

In today's world, it is practically impossible not to come into contact with environmental toxins. They are not always a "poison", but always polluting foreign substances. How much we take in depends largely on our lifestyle, the products we consume, our living environment, where we live and our occupation.
The body's ability to detoxify can also be genetically determined or limited by pre-existing conditions. We can send blood as well as eluate to a laboratory to be analyzed for e.g. heavy metals, pesticides and other environmental toxins.
There are currently about 200,000 chemicals in commercial use. Their effects on the human body have been little or not at all researched. Therefore, it is not yet possible to say. Some substances like aluminum, mercury or titanium have already been studied, they are triggers for many chronic diseases like cancer, neurostress, degenerative neurological diseases as well as chronic inflammation. As with many substances, however, the dose usually makes the poison.
The procedure developed by Dr. Straube's team in Cham, Bavaria, has been used successfully in more than 45 centers worldwide for more than 50,000 Inuspheresis® applications over the past 15 years.
So far, only minor side effects have occurred, so that Inuspheresis® can be described as a safe procedure. The side effect rate was 0.07%.
