At Ayus, I want to establish a new standard in patient care that combines state-of-the-art technology with genuine personal attention. By automating and digitizing certain administrative processes, especially in the treatment initiation phase, we create space for what really matters - time for our patients.

Our systems help us to make processes efficient and transparent so that our team can focus entirely on the individual needs of each patient.

This combination of technological progress and human proximity also reflects Ayus' holistic and innovative approach - especially in the application of Inuspheresis®, which is a symbiosis of man and machine.

It is important to me to build a genuine, personal relationship with each patient - a connection based on time, listening and trust. Only by actively listening and truly understanding the individual's background can we, together with the medical team, identify the core of the challenge and plan a treatment that does justice to the person as a whole.

I see it as my job to orchestrate the therapy in the best possible way so that our patients' time at Ayus is put to the best possible use. Respect, honesty and authenticity are the core values for me. If, for example, we need the expertise of an external partner for a particular issue, we naturally involve them.

And if we know that a desired result is not realistic, we address this openly. Ayus sees itself as a medical collective that always makes decisions in the best interests of the patient - with clarity, integrity and heart.

In my time in intensive care, the focus was on acute medical emergencies, where quick and precise decisions can be life-saving.

I am convinced that Ayus' medical approach will become increasingly important in the coming years. Exposure to environmental toxins such as pesticides and microplastics is steadily increasing worldwide - and with it the need for holistic, cause-oriented therapies such as those we offer at Ayus.

Our treatment concepts - whether for chronic illnesses or in the preventive area - will become even more important in the future because they help people to actively regain their health and maintain it in the long term. I see us as part of the solution, not as part of the problem definition.

The field of medical relief is currently being redefined by Ayus - we combine scientific precision with a deep understanding of the regenerative power of the human body. Being part of this development and helping to ensure that people around the world have access to this form of medicine fills me with great pride and gratitude.
